What we collect
When you fill in a quote form we receive your name, phone number, the property address and the repair type you choose. Phone calls are logged with the caller's number and the date, so a missed call can be returned.
Why we collect it
We use it for one thing: the roof you asked about. That means arranging the inspection, sending you the photos and the written quote, and checking in after the repair. Your details are never sold or rented, and nobody puts you on a mailing list.
Who sees it
The roofing contractor who carries out the work, and the service providers that run our forms and phones on our behalf. Each of them sees only what they need to do that job.
Cookies and tracking
Like most websites, this one relies on a few outside services to work, such as call tracking for our phone line and a form service for quote requests. These may record basic technical details like the page you came from or the number you called from. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for as long as warranty, tax and permit records require. Inquiries that don't turn into work are deleted after a reasonable period.
